Though the APL is updated regularly, the posted version may not contain all authorized UPCs or PLUs. It is in an excel spreadsheet with the complete APL on the first tab with newly added products highlighted, and separate tab to show recently discontinued products. Please note that as of right now, multiple items do not have detailed product descriptions and substitute formulas are listed with the same description as the formula they are able to replace. The APL lists all UPCs of the WIC allowed foods and PLUs for fresh fruits and vegetables. A copy of the most recently published APL in Excel format is available below.
